Swings ‘n Things opened their first hammock store in 1980, bringing the world of hammocks, hammock chairs and fine hand crafts to San Diego’s waterfront. On travels through Mexico, Central and South America the owners of Swings ‘n Things formed close relationships with traditional hammock weavers. Over the years they have grown to be not only great business partners, but most importantly close friends.
After 45 years we are no longer at Seaport Village. We still offer our high quality hand-made hammocks from all around the world online.
