A portion of the proceeds, from every necklace sold, goes to fund a local Para Athlete, Parker Olenick, and his surfing competitions and training. Parker is a 17 year old adaptive athlete from San Diego, California. Parker was born 10 weeks early, which resulted in a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy. Parker has an infectious energy and brings smiles to everyone he meets. Parker has always had a love for water sports and loves to kneepad, sail, paddle and sur. In 2018 he was introduced to adaptive surfing and began competing locally and abroad. We are excited to say that Parker won the Western Surfing Association Championship this year and is now ranked 5th in the Nation for his division. Parker is a young passionate competitive surfer that loves to spread the stoke of surfing and the healing nature of the ocean. He believes that everyone has the ability to overcome their challenges and can help the world be a better place by supporting each other. Parker has his sights set on earning a spot on Team USA for the 2028 Paralympics. You can follow him on Instagram @Parkero.11
